Le domaine a été fondé en 1961 et David Koeberlé en représente aujourd’hui la quatrième génération. Son arrière-grand-père fut le pionnier qui commença à produire du vin sur ces terres, posant ainsi les bases de l’histoire familiale.
Passionné par le monde végétal, David nourrit depuis toujours un profond intérêt pour l’horticulture. Après avoir obtenu ses diplômes en viticulture et en œnologie en 2004, il rejoint immédiatement le domaine. Travailler en harmonie avec la nature est, selon lui, l’une des plus grandes sources d’épanouissement dans sa vie.
Son projet actuel est ambitieux : acquérir progressivement l’ensemble des parcelles de vignes situées sur les coteaux en terrasses afin de les convertir entièrement à une agriculture naturelle. Dès qu’il en a l’occasion, il prend contact avec les propriétaires des différentes parcelles et œuvre à leur rachat, une à une. Une fois ce projet achevé, il souhaite y planter diverses essences fruitières et cultiver ces terres selon des principes entièrement naturels, sans aucune intervention. Ce rêve était déjà celui de son grand-père ; profondément inspiré par cette vision, David s’est donné pour mission de la concrétiser.
Les vignes poussent sur des sols de granite sableux, un terroir exigeant qui rend la culture de la vigne particulièrement délicate. Pourtant, les vins élaborés par David se distinguent par leur grande finesse et leur légèreté, tout en offrant une expression aromatique riche, précise et particulièrement élégante.

The domain was established in 1961, and David represents the fourth generation. His great-grandfather was a pioneer who first began making wine on this land.
David has a deep love of horticulture. After obtaining his qualifications in both viticulture and winemaking in 2004, he joined the domain straight away. Working in harmony with nature, he says, is one of the happiest parts of his life.
His current goal is to purchase all of the vineyard plots on the terraced hillside and convert them entirely to natural farming. Whenever he finds the time, he reaches out to the owners of individual parcels and works toward acquiring them one by one. Once he has bought them all, he plans to plant a variety of fruit trees and farm the land using completely natural methods, with no intervention whatsoever. In fact, this dream was first spoken of by his grandfather — and David, moved by that vision, is now committed to making it a reality.
The soils are sandy granite, which makes growing grapes far from straightforward. Yet the wines David produces are remarkably delicate and light, with a rich and expressive aromatic profile.

1961年に建てられたドメーヌで、ダヴィッドで４代目となる。曽祖父がこの土地でパイオニアとしてワインをつくりはじめた人だった。
ダヴィッドは園芸が大好き。2004年に栽培及び醸造の資格を取得したのち、すぐにドメーヌに参加した。自然と調和しながら行う畑仕事は彼にとって幸せなひと時だと言う。
彼の今の目標は丘の上のテラスに植えてあるブドウ畑をすべて買い取り、すべて自然栽培に転向すること。時間を見つけては、区画のオーナーに連絡を取り、畑を買い取っているダヴィッド。いつかすべてを買い取ったら、さまざまな果樹を植え、一切手を加えない自然栽培をする予定だ。実はこの夢は、彼の祖父が語っていたもの。その願いに共感し、実現しようとしている。畑は花崗岩の砂質。そのためブドウを栽培するのは容易でではない。
彼のワインは非常に繊細で軽やか、豊富なアロマを持っている。
