Bénédicte et Emmanuel étaient professeurs d’éducation physique. Le père de Bénédicte étant viticulteur, ils reprennent le domaine familial et le vignoble de 4 ha en 2009.
Ils construisent eux-mêmes leur maison, la cave et le chai, puis dès 2010, ils adoptent la viticulture biologique et enchainent sur la culture biodynamique.
Ils élèvent des vaches, des chevaux, des poules et des lapins, et disposent d’un potager et de champs pour le foin, dans l’optique d’un écosystème autosuffisant et une grande biodiversité. Les terres sont isolées des environs et sont ainsi protégées de la pollution environnante.
Les cuvées sont issues de trois terroirs différents. Les vins sont vinifiés par parcelle et sont élaborés avec beaucoup de soin et peu d’intervention pendant la vinification.

Bénédicte and Emmanuel were, perhaps surprisingly, both physical education teachers before entering the world of wine. When Bénédicte’s father, a grape grower, passed on 4 hectares of vineyards to them in 2009, a new chapter in their lives began.
They built everything themselves — the house, the winery, the barn. From 2010, they adopted organic farming practices, and have since embraced biodynamic viticulture as well.
They raise cattle, horses, chickens, and rabbits, and tend a kitchen garden and hay fields, working toward a self-sufficient ecosystem rooted in biodiversity. The land’s natural isolation from its surroundings also serves as a shield against outside contamination.
The domaine encompasses three distinct terroirs, each of which gives its name to one of their cuvées. Every parcel is vinified separately, and in the winery, the wines are made with the utmost care and minimal intervention.

べネディクトとエマニュエルは実はもともと体育教師だった。ベネディクトの父親がぶどう栽培家だったことから、2009年二人は4haのブドウ畑を譲り受けた。彼女たちの新しい人生が始まったのだ。
家も醸造所も納屋もすべて自分たちで建てた。2010年から有機栽培も取り入れ、現在ではビオディナミ栽培も取り入れている。
牛や馬、ニワトリやうさぎを飼いながら、菜園や干し草のための畑などを持ち、自給自足のエコシステム、生物多様性を目指している。この土地は周囲から孤立しているため、周りの汚染からも守られている。
彼女たちはキュヴェの由来となった３つの異なるテロワールを持っている。畑ごとに醸造され、醸造所では細心の注意を払いながらほとんど手を加えずにつくられる。
