Rémi rêvait d’être vigneron depuis son plus jeune âge, Patricia rêvait de vivre à la campagne tout en travaillant dans le domaine artistique.
Après avoir travaillé en Espagne, Patricia rentre en France et croise le chemin de Rémi. A l’époque il avait monté sa société de prestation de services en traction animale et travaillait pour les vignerons du coin.
Leur envie commune de travailler et d’être en contact direct avec la nature les pousse à se procurer plusieurs petites parcelles de vignes. Ainsi le domaine voit le jour en 2013 et leur premier millésime en 2016.
Les vignes sont labourées par deux chevaux et à la pioche. Ils n’utilisent ni produits chimiques ni soufre, et cherchent à rapporter de la biodiversité par la plantation d’oliviers et autres fruitiers. Pour faire face au réchauffement climatique, ils expérimentent également un système de conduite de la vigne en pergola. Pour Patricia et Rémi, une vigne saine et chouchoutée permet de sortir de jolis vins par la suite.
En cave, l’accent est mis sur le vieillissement. Les vins sont mis en bouteille sans collage ni filtration.
En 2017, ils montent une structure de négoce afin de pouvoir s’amuser avec des raisins qu’ils ne trouvent pas chez eux, et de palier au problématique de la sécheresse avec des cépages espagnols.

Rémi had dreamed of being a winegrower since he was very young, while Patricia dreamed of living in the countryside while working in the artistic field.
After working in Spain, Patricia returned to France and crossed paths with Rémi. At the time, he had started his horse-drawn service company and was working for the local winegrowers.
Their shared desire to work and be in direct contact with nature prompted them to acquire several small plots of vines. Thus, the estate was born in 2013 and their first vintage in 2016.
The vines are plowed by two horses and by pickaxe. They do not use chemicals or sulfur and seek to bring back biodiversity by planting olive trees and other fruit trees. To cope with global warming, they are also experimenting with a pergola vine training system. For Patricia and Rémi, a healthy and pampered vine allows them to produce lovely wines later on.
In the cellar, the emphasis is on aging. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration.
In 2017, they set up a négociant business to have fun with grapes they can’t find on their estate, and to compensate for the drought issues with Spanish grape varieties.
The labels, painted by their artist friends, are also noteworthy!!

幼い頃からワイン生産者になることが夢だったレミと、アートに携わりながら、田舎で暮らすことが夢だったパトリシア。「自然と直接触れ合いたい」、そんな二人の夢が重なり、2013年ドメーヌが設立された。
初ヴィンテージは2016年。３つの異なるテロワールにまたがった畑は、二頭の馬とツルハシによって耕されている。彼らは化学薬品や硫黄などは一切使用せず、清澄やろ過も行わない。セラーでは熟成に重点がおかれている。丁寧な畑仕事によって育ったブドウたちが最大限その力を発揮できるようにサポートしている。
彼らの友人のアーティストたちによって描かれた素敵なエチケットにも注目。
